Bible verses on spiritual baptism

And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit within you, and I will take away the heart of stone from your flesh, and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you, and I will make of you people who will walk in My commandments, and keep My judgments, and do them. (Ezekiel 36:26+27)

And after this I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions. At that same time I will pour out my Spirit on both male and female servants. (Joel 3:1+2)

Now there was a man among the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler among the Jews. He came to Jesus by night and said to him, Master, we know that you are a teacher come from God; for no one can do the signs that you do unless God is with him. Jesus answered and said to him, Verily, verily, I say to you, Unless a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he again go and be born in his mother's womb? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say to you, Unless a man be born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is Spirit. Don't be surprised that I said to you: You must be born again. The wind blows where it wants, and you can hear its sound; but you don't know where he comes from or where he's going. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit. Nicodemus answered and said to him, How can this be? Jesus answered and said to him, Art thou a master in Israel, and knowest not these things? Verily, verily, I say to you, we speak what we know, and testify what we have seen; but you do not accept our testimony. If you do not believe if I tell you about earthly things, how will you believe if I tell you about heavenly things? (John 3:1-12)

I baptize you with water for repentance; but he who comes after me is stronger than I, and I am not enough to take off his shoes; he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire. (Matthew 3:11)

If you who are wicked can give good gifts to your children, how much more will the Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him! (Luke 11:13)

But you will receive the power of the Holy Spirit who is coming upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria and to the ends of the earth. (Acts 1:8)

And when the day of Pentecost was fulfilled, they were all together in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven like a mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. And tongues divided as if by fire appeared to them; and he sat upon every one of them: and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to preach with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them to utter. (Acts 2:1-4)

And now, O Lord, behold their threats, and give thy servants to speak thy word with all boldness; and stretch out your hand, that healings and signs and wonders may occur through the name of your holy Servant Jesus. And when they had prayed, the place where they were gathered together shook; and they were filled with the Holy Spirit, and spoke the word of God boldly. (Acts 4:29-31)

So they laid their hands on them, and they received the Holy Spirit. (Acts 8:17)

While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell on all who heard the word. And those who believed among the Jews, who had come with Peter, were astonished because the gift of the Holy Spirit was poured out on the Gentiles also. for they heard that they were speaking in tongues and praising God. Then Peter answered, Can anyone prevent the water from being baptized who have received the Holy Spirit, just as we have? (Acts 10:44-47)

And when Paul laid his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied. (Acts 19:6)

But when the kindness and lovingkindness of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of the works of righteousness that we had done, but according to his mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, which he poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior. (Titus 3:4-6)
